I finally read Dog sees God.
After a year of searching for it, but not finding it.

I need something fun to do with my time (haha what time I’m a second semester junior nearing finals)—- I think I’ll go pursue a new hobbie.

I know that Recount is very biased toward Gore, but it disgusts me all the same. It’s so scary. People turned away, the violent protests, the death threats. It’s just so upsetting. Also, I learned about “freedom fries” today and the sentiment in America around the beginning of the Iraq war. More than anything, it makes me a little sad at how impossible it is to do...

i went to see a high school production of spring...

it was also very interesting seeing how they tweaked it to be fit for a high school- really the only thing censored was the sex scene during The Guilty Ones
also the addition of a larger ensemble
also the choreography was appropriated
ALSO THE SET DESIGN, MY GOD, it was absolutely beautiful and completely reminded me why i love black box theaters i mean sweet jesus
